Karen Korellis Reuther is an industrial designer and educator with decades of experience leading global consumer brands. She is a Design Lecturer at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design and previously served as Vice President of Creative Direction and Innovation at Reebok and Global Creative Director at NIKE, where she led major product, merchandising, and brand strategies across categories and markets.

Reuther is a practicing activist committed to ending gender bias in product design, using her experience and voice to raise awareness of inequities in the built environment. From 2021 to 2022, she was a Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. Originally from Hammond, Indiana, she lives in Boston with her husband, Dieter.
