Brooke Hardebeck

Brooke Hardebeck is the founder and owner of Studio b in Lafayette, Indiana, an award-winning dance studio serving hundreds of dancers through recreational, competitive and preschool programs. She is also the co-founder of RecitalReady, software designed to help dance studios streamline recital planning and manage performances from planning to showtime.

After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Communication, Brooke spent 12 years working in business and marketing before pursuing her childhood dream of owning a dance studio. She first entered studio ownership in 2009 and went on to open Studio b in 2014. Since then, she has led multiple expansions, built a team of approximately 30 employees, and developed systems that support continued growth while creating an exceptional experience for dancers, families and staff.

Brooke is passionate about helping studio owners build organized, healthy and thriving businesses. As a Certified Coach with More Than Just Great Dancing, she draws on her experience as a studio owner, leader, coach and entrepreneur to share practical strategies that help owners strengthen their teams, improve their systems and lead their businesses with greater confidence and intention.

Studio b has received numerous community honors, including being repeatedly voted the area’s Best Dance Studio and being named Small Business of the Year by Greater Lafayette Commerce.

Outside of work, Brooke loves spending time with her family, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, and continually finding new ideas to bring back to her businesses and the studio owner community.
