As the Employee Programs Manager for Yellowstone National Park Lodges, she plays a key role in shaping the employee experience for hundreds of seasonal staff from around the globe. She oversees both the Bridge USA cultural exchange program and the park’s hospitality internship, helping to create opportunities for professional development, cultural enrichment, and personal growth in one of the most unique work environments in the country.
A proud Purdue University graduate, Cat combines her background in human resources with a deep passion for people, travel, and the outdoors. Her work centers on fostering a welcoming and inclusive community for employees while supporting the park’s mission to deliver unforgettable experiences to millions of visitors each year.
