Brian A. Holcombe, MPA is a native of the rural cornfields of Indiana and currently is a Government Relations Representative for the KinderCare Learning Companies. Brian represents KinderCare throughout the Great Lakes region advocating for affordable and accessible early childhood education options for all.

Brian received his bachelor’s degree in political science and a bachelor’s degree in history from Purdue University, where he currently serves on the Purdue University College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board. He later went on to receive his master’s degree in public administration from Norwich University in 2018.

Prior to joining the KinderCare team, Brian spent three years at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies lobbying in Indiana and four years in various administrative roles in the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. Additionally, he spent time working for the Indiana Republican House Caucus and an Indiana Governor’s campaign.

When he is not researching policy or constructing testimony, Brian enjoys spending time with his three dogs and two cats, building computers, and long Jeep rides with his Fiancée and son.
