Banquet
The 2025 SEAMUS Banquet will be held at 9 Irish Brothers in West Lafayette on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 18:30. Please get your banquet tickets ($55) to secure a spot by March 17, 2025 (Mon) via this link.

Please note that you will be able to pick from a set menu at the restaurant on Saturday that include vegetarian and vegan options.

Registration fees for SEAMUS 2025 are as below. Please note that registration is required for all presenters. Persons who are solely performing conference-accepted works (by other artists) are not required to register.

Regular registration deadline:
February 17, 2025 (Regular)
February 10, 2025 (Regular)

Late registration after Feb 17, 2025:

For presenters please register by March 1, 2025 to hold your spot.
