Tim Fox

BA, Political Science, 1986

Tim Fox graduated from Purdue in 1986 and is proud to have been a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. His professional career has been centered on a mission that is both personal and purposeful: creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals on the autism spectrum and others who are neurodiverse.

Fox believes work can change lives by providing purpose, confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging. At the same time, he has had the privilege of helping businesses solve real-world challenges by connecting talented neurodiverse individuals with employers who recognize and value their unique strengths.

Throughout his career, he has been passionate about building bridges between people and organizations to create opportunities that benefit everyone.

Outside of work, Fox remains a passionate Purdue Boilermaker, especially when it comes to Purdue basketball. He also is a lifelong Chicago Bears fan, making Sundays and basketball season special parts of his life.
