Susie is a Communications Consultant who is passionate about helping people make informed decisions about their financial future. With more than 20 years of experience in participant engagement and retirement communications, she partners with large organizations to create clear, compelling communications that inspire action and improve outcomes. Susan has crafted award-winning communication programs recognized by Plan Sponsor Council of America and Pensions & Investments for excellence in retirement communications. Known for her collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset, she enjoys translating complex topics into meaningful experiences that help individuals feel informed, confident, and empowered. Susie has been with Voya Financial since 2003 and working in the retirement industry since 1995.

Prior to Voya she was at State Street Corporation in a series of roles including Assistant Vice President in Global Marketing where she led a competitive intelligence unit. She worked for a few advertising agencies in suburban Detroit, Michigan.

Outside of the workplace Susie has volunteered with a number of Boston-based non-profit organizations. She serves on the Foundation of Prospect Hill Academy, a preK-12 charter school based in Cambridge and Somerville, Massachusetts where she is a Trustee Emeritus, having served for 20 years as a volunteer. She served as an active member and board member of the Junior League of Boston for more than two decades. She is an also advisor for the newly formed Delta Gamma chapter at Northeastern University.

Susie lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband. She is a member of the President’s Council, and life member of the Purdue Alumni Association.
