For more than 25 years, Michelle has championed results-driven campaigns for world-class consumer and healthcare brands. In her current role as Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director, US Creative Health Lead at Edelman, she inspires her teams to create purpose-driven campaigns that drive systemic change and positive impact within the health and wellness space, and society at large. Prior to Edelman, Michelle served as VP, Managing Creative Director of Scout Marketing, as well as Group Creative Director at Havas Worldwide Chicago where she spearheaded the re-launch of iconic American brands such as Ragú Spaghetti Sauce and Cracker Barrel Restaurants. She also spent 12 years at FCB Chicago where her writing and creativity were the spark behind successful campaigns for Visa, Jim Beam, and Johnson & Johnson, just to name a few.

Michelle lives in the city of Chicago and can often be found cheering on her beloved Boilermakers and Chicago sports teams. A strong proponent of mentoring young talent in the industry, Michelle serves on the Board of Directors for the Lamb School of Communications, and she is also an Adjunct Professor in the School of Communications and the School of Continuing & Professional Studies at Loyola University Chicago.
