Elena Sparger is a Recruiting Programs Associate at Reddit. She began her career at Glassdoor as a Recruiting Coordinator following an internship there.

While at Purdue, she was active with the Liberal Arts Student Leadership Council. She also worked for the Purdue Research Foundation's University Development Office, alongside writing features for the CLA Marketing office that were featured online and in THiNK Magazine. Elena was also a Wilke intern and a Dammon Dean's Scholar.

She has been profiled in the Purdue Admission viewbook and in the 5 Students Who series. 

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her dachshund Huckleberry.
