Elena Sparger is a Senior Recruiter at Reddit, where she has helped grow the company by over 4x during her 3.5 years there. She began her career at Glassdoor as a Recruiting Coordinator following an internship there.

While at Purdue, she was an active member of the Liberal Arts Student Leadership Council, which ultimately led to her internship at Glassdoor. She also worked for the Purdue Research Foundation's University Development Office, alongside writing features for The Exponent and THiNK Magazine.
