Todd Putman is a consumer strategist at heart and an evangelist for breakthrough innovation. Putman is currently the Chief Marketing Officer with Bolthouse Farms - the premiere grower/producer of baby carrots and the #1 super premium juice brand in the U.S. Over the last three years, he has worked with Bolthouse Farms in developing the company’s overall vision as well as the award winning “Eat ‘Em Like Junk Food” campaign.

Prior to joining Bolthouse Farms Putman was President and Managing Director of The Future Pull Group, an innovation and marketing consultancy firm that advises growing brands that compete in the health/wellness and retail sectors. He has spent over 25 years in general management, marketing and innovation roles, including more than a decade at Procter and Gamble.  He then moved to The Walt Disney Company as a leader in its consumer products division, before being recruited to The Coca-Cola Company during Sergio Zyman’s General Management Talent Initiative (GMTI). During four years at Coke, Putman led carbonated soft drink marketing for the U.S. and departed as the Vice President of Innovation for the Coca-Cola brand.  He later served as the EVP Marketing for the global mall giant, Westfield Group, and he was the first marketing chief for the pop-culture breakout brand Pinkberry.

Putman earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where he is a member of the schools Dean’s Advisory Board. He also sits on the Board of Directors for Sahale Snacks and Milk + Bookies, a unique Los Angeles-based charity that promotes child literacy and philanthropy.  He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
