How did you get interested in your field of study?
With a background in chemistry, I worked in a municipal water and wastewater department, where I applied my knowledge to help prevent pollution and protect local water bodies. As someone who loves nature and wildlife, this work gave me a strong sense of purpose. That experience inspired me to deepen my impact by pursuing a Ph.D. in Environmental and Ecological Engineering.
