ICaP has a substantial history of supporting writing instructors teaching in technologically rich environments. The current model was formalized in Fall 2003. As online courses became more important during the COVID-19 pandemic, our approach to ICaP technology support shifted, and the previous Technology Mentor position has transitioned to a new position: Online Course Coordinator. The Coordinator works with ICaP instructors teaching online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses to support technology use in both the virtual and physical classroom.
