The Cornerstone Certificate, similar to a minor, is open to all majors and empowers students to broaden their understanding of the world and themselves. Through the Transformative Texts courses (SCLA 101 and SCLA 102), students strengthen their reading, writing, public speaking, and civil discussion skills that employers are seeking in today’s graduates.
