Tera Bivins is the Director of Human Resources for Adkev, Inc., a plastics injection molding manufacturing company with four facilities across Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and communication from Eureka College and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University. Tera is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.

Prior to joining Adkev, Tera served as a Lead Human Resources Business Partner at Purdue University, where she supported multiple areas across campus, including the College of Liberal Arts. She joined Purdue following an extensive human resources career in the healthcare industry, during which she held a variety of HR leadership roles and built deep expertise in talent strategy and organizational support.
