Degree Requirements

In order to graduate with a B.A. from the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue University, you MUST:

• Complete a minimum of 120 credits
• Achieve a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Satisfy all Liberal Arts core requirements
• Satisfy all University core requirements
• Complete all major requirements 
• Complete at least 32 credits at the 300 level or higher for a grade at Purdue (WL or Regional Campus)
• Maximum of 8 credits of BAND may be counted toward graduation
• Maximum of 4 General Studies (GS) credits may be counted toward graduation
• Maximum of 20 credits of military science (any branch of service ROTC) credits
