Language Coaching provides individualized consultations and ongoing support to help multilingual Purdue students and visiting scholars build confidence and effectiveness in English communication.
Coaches work with clients on goals such as speaking, listening, pronunciation, presentations, academic interactions, workplace communication, and navigating language challenges in university and professional settings. Sessions are personalized to each client's needs and may include both one-time consultations and longer-term support.
- To schedule an appointment, log in to WCOnline using your Purdue username and password through the PLACE WCONLINE LOGIN PAGE. Use the same credentials you use for other Purdue services.
- Schedule appointments only if you plan to attend. If you cannot attend, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible so another student or scholar can use the time.
- Arrive on time for your session.
- After three (3) no-shows, your WCOnline account will be deactivated.
- If your account is deactivated, you must contact the PLaCE program at PLaCE@purdue.edu to discuss restoring access before you can schedule additional appointments.
- Repeated no-shows limit access to this free service for other members of the Purdue international community.
