About the Editor
Angelica Duran is a Professor of English with a courtesy appointment in Critical Disability Studies. She is the editor or co-editor of eight volumes: Milton in Translation (2017) and Milton Across Borders and Media (2023), both awarded the Milton Society of America’s Irene Samuel Memorial Award, as well as Global Bunyan and Visual Art (2025), Global Milton and Visual Art (2021), Milton Studies 58 Special Issue: Milton in the Americas (2017), Mo Yan in Context: Nobel Laureate and Global Storyteller (2014), The King James Bible across Borders and Centuries, and A Concise Companion to Milton (2006, rev. 2010). She is the author of The Age of Milton and the Scientific Revolution (2007), Milton among Spaniards (2020), and 70+ journal articles and scholarly chapters. She has served on the editorial board of Milton Quarterly (2005–), on the Executive Committee (2012–21) of the Milton Society of America, and as Conference Chair of the Renaissance Society of America (2022–27).
