Rules for submission
2023 Literary Awards
Rules for Submitting University Entries
Only students registered for the 2022-23 academic year (or one semester, either fall or spring) at Purdue University and its regional campuses or at IUPUI are eligible.
Work that has been previously published (or accepted for publication) is not eligible for submission (except for journalism).
Entries that do not conform to these guidelines will not be considered.
You may submit up to three entries for each award, but you may not submit the same entry to more than one award.
Any work that has previously won a Literary Awards prize is ineligible. Students are welcome to submit non-winning entries from previous competitions.
Due to the large volume of submissions, only those students who receive awards will be notified via email sometime before the end of March.
