Seungyoon Lee
Professor Lee studies how communication, knowledge, and collaboration networks evolve within and between organizations over time. Her work applies socio-cultural evolution theories to complex networks, focusing on creative interactions in teams, disaster recovery, and the impact of diverse network ties. She has led and contributed to interdisciplinary projects examining how communication dynamics influence organizational resilience, especially in high-stakes or uncertain environments. Professor Lee’s research bridges communication, organizational theory, and network science, contributing both theoretical insights and practical applications.
