Elise Frketich received her Ph.D. in Philosophy from KU Leuven in 2019. Her area of expertise is classical German philosophy, especially Kant and Reinhold, and she has strong interests in ancient and medieval philosophy as well as business ethics. She has taught classes on modern philosophy, metaphysics, and critical thinking and communication, and she has published in such journals as the British Journal for the History of Philosophy and Kant-Studien.
