Daryl P. Evans Outstanding Teaching Award

Description:  This award honors the memory of Daryl P. Evans, Professor of Sociology at Purdue, who was deeply committed to undergraduate education and regularly taught large sections of Introductory Sociology.  Professor Evans earned the PhD in sociology from the University of Colorado and served on the Purdue faculty from 1995 until his death in 1999.
