1. Leave the subject blank.
2. To subscribe, write in the body: "subscribe BTAA-WPA Firstname Lastname" — subbing your first and last name. 
3. To unsubscribe, write in the body: "signoff BTAA-WPA" 
4. You should receive a confirmation message.
