Jacob's latest work was a Masters thesis that is available on the ProQuest dissertation database. It gives an idea of his research interests and possible future research. The title is “Having Given Them Bayonets, We Will Not Withhold the Ballot”- Republicans and Black Suffrage in Reconstruction Ohio, 1865–1867.
