Did you know our department offers a course where you can play games as you get an introduction to major themes in philosophy? That's right! It is called PHIL 11005: Introduction to Philosophy Through Video Games! 

And, starting in Fall of 2023, this course will be utilizing our new Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence Lab to expand the kinds of gaming experiences that will be available to our students!

Thanks for your interest in taking our survey! It should only take a minute or two. Before you proceed, we'd like to make sure you meet some basic criteria for our give-away!
Eligibility:- You are a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident of the US-  Neither you, nor anyone in your immediate family works for Purdue University or its affiliates (e.g. Purdue Global)- You are over 13 years old- You can provide a USPS cleared mailing address in the US (no PO boxes)A few other notes:
- If you are one of five (5) first-round prize winners you will receive an email from us by 12pm EDT, Sunday August 6th. You will have two-hours to respond and confirm that you can pick up your prize that day. All confirmed first-round prize winners will be asked to please come by our GenCon Booth in Community Row (CR14) at or before 2pm on Sunday August 6th 2023 -- must show photo-ID to claim your prize! All winners must be over 13 years old.

-If you are selected as one of the six (6) video game give-away winners on August 13th, then you agree to send us proof of identity and mailing address within 24 hours of being contacted by us. If we don't hear from you within this time period, then we will go down our list of winners. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, we will ask you to provide the contact details and proof of identity of someone who resides with you who is 18 or over, and who is a US citizen or legal permanent resident to receive the video game give-away prize.

We also reserve the right to withhold the prizes as required by federal, state, and local law and ordinances. We will send a USPS confirmation and tracking number once we have received your confirmation. Survey Officially Closes by noon EDT on August 13th! To be eligible for a first-round prize, you must enter by 9am EDT on Sunday, August 6th! We will email first-round winners by 12pm EDT to pick up their prizes at our booth (CR14). First-round winners will be eligible to win both a first-round prize and our final video card give-away prizes! So enter early for a chance to win both!Your participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at anytime.
