Looseleaf Writing Workshop Series

The Looseleaf Writing Workshop Series is the Creative Writing Program’s outreach initiative providing free workshops across the Greater Lafayette community in poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction. In the past few years, Looseleaf volunteers have worked with retirement homes, youth centers, libraries, and LGBTQ groups, among other organizations. The staff is comprised of graduate students in Purdue’s MFA program. These volunteers earn valuable experience in nonprofit outreach and enjoy the benefits of meaningful interactions with a wide range of community members. Hannah Rahimi is the program’s director. Contact her at hrahimi@purdue.edu for more information.
