Thomas Christopoul is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Iviron Capital and was a founding principal of both Athos Capital Partners and 54 Madison Capital – precedent investment funds of Iviron.  Prior to these investment platforms, he was Senior Partner and Head of Real Estate Investment for Guggenheim Partners.

Prior to joining Guggenheim, he was Chairman and Executive Director of GPS Industries, LLC – the leader in cart-mounted GPS technology for the global golf industry and was Chairman of Rita’s Water Ice – the world’s largest ice and custard franchisor. Both units were controlled portfolio companies of Falconhead Capital – a middle market private equity firm where Mr. Christopoul served as an Operating Partner for several years.

He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Resources Global Professionals; a global consulting services firm (NASDAQ: RGP). Before being named CEO in 2007, he served as an independent member on the Resources Board of Directors.

Tom previously worked for more than a decade at Cendant Corporation where he served as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of the Marketing Services Division and Chairman & CEO of the Financial Services Division, where he managed Jackson-Hewitt Tax Services, the second largest tax preparation firm in North America. He also served as Senior Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer at Cendant where he led the corporate staff functions of the company on a global basis. Prior to Cendant, he held increasingly responsible roles at PepsiCo and Nabisco Brands.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree from Purdue University, where he is a distinguished alumnus.  He also serves as an advisory board member of the University of Miami’s Herbert School of Business and the Provost’s Board of Villanova University.

Tom is currently a member of the board of directors of Zurn-Elkay (NYSE: ZWS), and formerly served on the public boards of Apollo Residential Mortgage (NYSE: AMTG) and Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RXN).
