Andrew Fogel
Please join me in congratulating Andrew Fogel, doctoral candidate in the Department of History, for being awarded a Truman Library Institute Research Grant.
This grant allows Andrew to further examine the Philleo Nash Papers. The collection contains materials on government and public reception of the Superman newspaper comic strip series' depiction of Japanese internment camps in 1943 for his dissertation: Comicland.
