Carlos Paulet is the CEO of X-Factor Consulting Group, and a co-founder (with his wife) of the Catalina Art Foundation, a non-profit organization that brings art and love to children with cancer.

Carlos is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and serves on the Board of Alexcel, The Alliance for Leadership Excellence, as their VP of Technology.

As an executive coach and leadership facilitator, Carlos has a passion for helping “successful leaders get even better results, without forgetting to enjoy life.”

He has received numerous honors and awards from institutions in Europe and Latin America, including the HR Prize for contributions to the field in his native country, Peru.

Carlos was a contributing author for “Coaching for Leadership: The Practice of Leadership Coaching from the World's Greatest Coaches, 2nd Edition” edited by Marshall Goldsmith and Lawrence Lyons.

Since the beginning of 2016, Catalina Art has worked with more than 2000 children, and built 6 play/art lounges for the children in multiple locations. They currently manage six teams of volunteers that visit clinics, hospitals and shelters bringing love and art to even more children with cancer. In 2017, they received the “Premio Grau”, which is the highest Peruvian civil honor, akin to the US Medal of Freedom.
