A Theatre in Your Head 2023

Finding Our Place in the World

A Theatre in Your Head is the long running series featuring radio dramas written and produced by students in Richard K. Thomas’s THTR 56900 Radio Drama course. Students in this course form groups, each of which create a twenty-minute completely original radio drama from script through sound effects through music score, featuring student actors from Purdue Theatre. Since the early 1990’s, local public radio station WBAA premiered these dramas on air at the end of the semester in which they were created. With WBAA under new ownership, the Department of Theatre is proud to stream the 2023 productions so that they once again can be available to the public.
