August 27 through October 7, 2012
Stewart Center Gallery
Highlighting the skilled design work and craftsmanship that goes into a theatre production, this exhibit presents a year’s worth of Purdue University Theatre in a unique setting that brings elements from the stage to a more personal scale. A gallery-size art installation will be composed of elements from the 2011-2012 season productions of The Miracle Worker, Iphigenia and Other Daughters, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, and Blithe Spirit. The installation will be designed and assembled by Russ Jones, Associate Professor of Theatre, Scenic Design, and Department of Theatre staff.
