Amy Fick-Boggs, Strategic Account Manager, Steelcase

As a Strategic Account Manager with Steelcase for over 10 years, Amy applies research and insights to the intersection of space, technology and furniture, helping individuals and teams in leading companies, hospitals and Universities in the Midwest to be more successful at work, with healing, or through learning environments. Amy is a Purdue alumni and works with several Midwest Universities design programs.

With over 15 years at Carson Design Associates, Stacy is known for her creativity in providing solutions for clients that exceed expectations. Throughout her career, she has learned to combine her knowledge of aesthetics with getting to know marketplace and workplace trends. Stacy is always enthusiastic about applying her expertise to her clients’ needs.

Ron Mumaw, CFM, SFP, Director of Real Estate & Facilities, Interactive Intelligence, Inc.
Ron joined Interactive Intelligence in 2012, bringing more than 28 years of experience creating and developing the innovative, high performance business environments Interactive is known for. As both a Certified Facility Manager and Sustainable Facility Professional through IFMA, Ron brings a unique perspective as a leader of corporate real estate and facilities.

Nancy Ramsey, Senior Market Manager, Herman Miller, Inc.
Nancy has over 23 years of industry experience managing accounts and distribution for Herman Miller throughout Central Indiana. She is additionally responsible for sharing corporate research and resources on business issues affecting spaces where we work, learn, and grow. She is a member of the Design Arts Society Board of the Indianapolis Museum of Art and Mentor for the Charles Tindley Collegiate Academy.

Sara Richey, Consultant: Business Development, Strategy, Design 

Sara is passionate about the impact human centered design has on the built environment. She’s a graduate of Purdue University with a B.A. in Interior Design and continued studies at Rhode Island School of Design in Architecture. Early in her career, Sara practiced Interior Design and Architecture for BSA Lifestructures, then shifted into Sales and Sales Management working for Steelcase and Designtex. Her roles included Director of Strategy and Workplace Consultant overseeing various components of business development in the Midwest, U.S., Canada and Asia Pacific. Her love is working with clients, end-users, and the architectural design community by linking behaviors with outcomes to improve the human condition

Sarah Schwartzkopf, RID, Principal, Designer, Rowland Design;

Sarah is a principal at Rowland Design, a multi-discipline design firm located in Indianapolis. Her design portfolio is quite diverse and includes corporate office, hospitality, residential, and Greek housing projects. Sarah's focus is rooted in professional collaboration and engaging both client and designer closely in the design process.

Nancy Wiersma Wright, RID, NCIDQ Certificate No. 10883, New Business Development/A&D, RJE Business Interiors
Nancy is the new business development and A&D representative for RJE Business Interiors. She is involved with the design programs of the colleges and universities in Indiana, serving on various advisory boards and acting as a judge for projects and competitions.
