In November, there was a special session on Sandy’s book at the annual meeting of the American Academy of Religion in San Antonio, Texas.
Sandy presented at the Glasmacher Lecture at Saint Paul University in November. The lecture marks the anniversary of the passing of René Girard. Sandy has served as the Director of the Jewish Studies Program, the Philosophy and Literature Program, and the Classical Studies Program at Purdue.
