Michelle Martindale

Please join me in congratulating Department of History graduate student Michelle Martindale for receiving a 2017-2018 State Historical Society of Iowa Research Grant. 

Michelle’s research project is titled, “The Company, the Independent, and the International: Changing Ideas of Unionism in Iowa’s Meatpacking Industry, 1960-1970,”  and contributes to her dissertation, "Cowboy Capitalism and the IBP Revolution, 1960-2003."
