Please join me in congratulating John Greene, Professor in the Brian Lamb School of Communication, and a faculty associate with the Center for Aging and the Life Course, on the publication of his latest textbook, Essentials of Communication Skill and Skill Enhancement.
This book offers a unique, theory and research-based treatment of issues pertaining to adult communication skill assessment and training. The text is written for students and educators within fields of human resources, training and development, sales, customer relations, counseling, health care, and any other profession where a premium is placed on effective interpersonal engagement.
