Jennifer William
Please join me in congratulating Jennifer William, professor and Head of the School of Languages and Cultures, for her recent selection to the ADFL (Association of Departments of Foreign Languages) Executive Committee for a three-year term beginning January 2022.
The ADFL is part of MLA Academic Program Services (MAPS). It consists of a diverse and broad base of departments and programs in languages across postsecondary institutions that provide members a professional network to examine issues challenging language-related fields and collaborate to develop field-related policies. The ADFL supports language, literature, and cultural studies programs in the United States and Canada. The ADFL Executive Committee consists of twelve elected members, the Executive Committee contributes to a variety of ADFL projects.
