Stacey Connaughton
Please join me in congratulating Stacey Connaughton, professor in the Brian Lamb School of Communication and director of the Purdue Policy Research Institute, on the publication of "Transforming Conflict and Building Peace: Community Engagement Strategies for Communication Scholarship and Practice" (Peter Lang, 2020), her new book co-edited with Pete Kellett and George Cheney.
As the inaugural volume in the Peter Lang “Conflict and Peace” series – which Connaughton and Kellett are co-editing – the book “brings together works that richly depict the tensions between the promise and reality of applying communication principles and theories to conflict transformation and peacebuilding around the world and in the United States.”
