Rosalie Moffett
Please join me in congratulating Rosalie Moffett, who completed an MFA in creative writing and poetry in 2013, for winning the National Poetry Series for her forthcoming second book, Nervous System (Ecco, 2019).
More than 1,500 writers submitted manuscripts to the open competition, with judges and publishing partners selecting five for publication. Ecco's Monica Youn chose Nervous System, which will publish in fall 2019.
Rosalie is also author of June in Eden (Mad River Books, 2017), which won the Ohio State University Press/The Journal prize. She is also recipient of a Wallace Stegner Fellowship in Creative Writing from Stanford University and winner of the "Discovery"/Boston Review prize.
