Fenggang Yang
Fenggang Yang, professor of sociology and director of the Center on Religion and Chinese Society, recently gave two keynote speeches at international conferences. He delivered “Religion and Democratization in Chinese Societies” at the International Symposium on Cross-Cultural and Religious Studies held at National Chengchi University in Taiwan, and “Chinese Christianity at the Crossroads” at the 9th International Symposium on the History of Christianity in Modern China.
Yang’s research was also covered recently in interviews with the Hong Kong newspaper 時代論壇 (Christian Times), WORLD magazine, and Deutsche Welle (German Wave).
