Assistant Professor in Research Methods
Giancarlo Visconti joins Purdue as an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science. He received his Ph.D. from Columbia University in 2018.
Visconti’s research interests include causal inference, political behavior, distributive politics, and Latin American politics. His research has been published, or is forthcoming, in the British Journal of Political Science, Political Science Research and Methods, Electoral Studies, Latin American Politics and Society, and Revista de Ciencia Política.
