Jennifer Scheuer joins Purdue University as Visiting Assistant Professor in VPA teaching printmaking and foundations drawing. Scheuer holds a graduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (MFA Studio Art: Printmaking Concentration), an undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead (BFA in Studio Art, Art History Minor), and attended the Professional Printer Training Program at the Tamarind Institute, University of New Mexico. Additional research interests include digital fabrication as a resource for printmaking, campus collections, and the history of printmaking. Scheuer exhibits widely nationally, with recent invitations as a visiting artist to several universities, and as artist-in-residence at St Michael’s Print Shop in St John’s NL, and E. Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, Poland.
