Operating System Upgrades Coming in 2016

macOS Sierra

CLA IT is excited to be working towards bringing Windows 10 to the college. We are in the internal testing phase, but will soon be looking for early adopters during the spring semester. Our hope is to roll out Windows 10 to all of our customers during the summer of 2016. If you are interested in being an early adopter, please contact our Service Desk to be included on the list.

Mac OS X El Capitan (10.11) is also available to our customer base. Over 120 customers have already made the jump to El Capitan with great results. Customers may use the Self Service app to upgrade their computer system. CLA IT plans to roll out El Capitan in the summer of 2016 to those systems that have not already upgraded. If you have any questions or concerns about compatibility with your software programs, please contact our Service Desk.
