Constitutional Law

Peter Watkins teaches classes in American politics and constitutional law. The winner of five teaching awards, he spent much of his career teaching at small liberal arts colleges. In addition to his interest in teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, he has an academic interest in constitutional discussions of the death penalty. Recently, he has been working with the Center for C-SPAN Scholarship and Engagement to prepare material for use in classes in American politics and constitutional law.
