Research interests: Indigenous studies, Pacific Islander studies, Decolonization, the resurgence of Indigenous knowledge-making, the politics of representation, and cosmopolitics.

My research interests engage with Pacific Islander studies mainly focused in the islands of Samoa. Currently, I am conducting virtual ethnography on Wikipedia navigating the politics of representation for Indigenous communities within their rigid epistemological framework. My work interacts with diversification initiatives, misrepresentation, institutional legitimacy, and parallels to museum work. In graduate school, I expect to obtain my Master's degree in Cultural Anthropology concentrating on decolonization and the resurgence of Indigenous knowledge.
