Mr. Laughlin is a vice president in IBM Global Business Services (GBS). He serves as the North America General Business Market Development Leader. In this role he leads the integrated market development and sales execution for GBS in mid-size enterprises.
His client experience is focused on helping clients achieve enhanced performance through customer facing and back-office operational improvements, business transformation, information technology strategy and planning efforts, program management and governance, and the implementation of complex business and technology solutions. His background includes a broad range of client engagements with industrial, distribution, and business service companies.
Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Laughlin was with Ernst and Young LLP and sales manager for a major department store company. Mr. Laughlin has a Master of Science degree in Management with an emphasis in Marketing from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Purdue University;
