Lori Sparger is the Associate Vice President for Policy Planning at Purdue and the Chief Operating Officer for the College of Liberal Arts, two positions which she originated. Her previous Purdue roles included marketing for Purdue Theatre and working as a major gift fundraiser.

She graduated with a degree in English and no plan for what she wanted to be when she grew up.
