Hospitality Coordinator for the City of Westfield, IN

Bailey currently manages all hospitality efforts for the City of Westfield, IN. Some of these efforts include: volunteer management, a new resident program, event planning, and more. The focus of these hospitality efforts is on tourism and community development. Bailey is highly experienced in communication – both internal and external – and in volunteer coordination. The City of Westfield, IN is known nation-wide for their 400-acre sports campus; Grand Park. This sports campus brings in over 750,000 annual visitors to the Hamilton County area and is home to 31 outdoor multipurpose fields, 26 outdoor baseball and softball diamonds, and 3 indoor multipurpose fields. The biggest event held at the facility is the annual Indianapolis Colts Training Camp. During this event, Bailey manages nearly 600 volunteers throughout the month-long Training Camp and annual community events.

During her time at Purdue University, Bailey was involved in multiple organizations on campus. She was the Vice President for Purdue 360: The Diversity Initiative and served on both the Public Relations and the Merchandise committees for the Purdue University Dance Marathon.

Bailey resides in Indianapolis, IN.
