Chelsea C. Hayes, SPHR, is the CEO & Principal Consultant of The Coaching Factory LLC, an innovative consulting firm delivering solutions in Human Resources, Executive Coaching, Ghostwriting, and Training/Development. Clients include The Los Angeles Police Department, Fundation, and the most recently retired President of the GE Foundation & Chief Diversity Officer.  Chelsea earned bachelor degrees in public health promotion & public relations from Purdue University and a master's degree in communication from Northwestern University.

While an undergraduate, she was elected to the position of National 2nd VP of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. the largest non profit public service sorority in the world. During her three-year tenure, she focused on overseeing, retaining, and providing coaching to the sorority's membership of over 250,000. Prior to launching The Coaching Factory LLC, she held roles at General Electric (GE) in Corporate Diversity, Sales and HR. Chelsea’s work has been featured in The Hollywood Reporter and she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources residing in Los Angeles.
