Students Turn Up for Election Night Watch Party

Students, faculty, and staff packed the Honors Hall Tuesday night for live election coverage. The event contained student and faculty panels, free food and a coverage of the election broadcast on TVs, in the hall and available to be streamed online.

Now that the polls are closed, many are eagerly waiting for results. Purdue University is hosting an election watch party Tuesday night.

Brian Lamb to Interview Ron Chernow on Campus Nov. 15

Ron Chernow, author of the award- winning biography that inspired the musical Hamilton comes to Purdue University. He will be interviewed by Purdue alum, Brian Lamb, Founder and Executive Chairman of C-SPAN. 

Melanie Morgan Inducted into Purdue University Teaching Academy

The Purdue University Teaching Academy will recognize faculty members and graduate teaching assistants for outstanding and scholarly teaching in graduate, undergraduate, or engagement programs in ceremonies Nov. 15. Candidates were identified by their individual department or college/school based upon evidence of excellence in teaching, innovation in teaching methodology, teaching-related service, and scholarship in teaching and learning.

Lamb School Senior Named 2016 Homecoming King

Purdue University students Cameron Mann and Trevor Peters were crowned Homecoming queen and king during the Homecoming celebration Saturday (Oct. 15) on the main stage in Stadium Mall.
