Undergraduate Minor

15 cr. hrs.

Purdue's Women's Studies Program offers a 15-credit minor that complements many undergraduate majors. For example, students considering careers in law, government, education, counseling, and business will benefit from the diverse perspectives and analytic skills emphasized in Women's Studies courses.

Requirements for the minor include:

IDIS 280, Introduction to Women's Studies
One 400-level Women's Studies course (choice of
IDIS 480, 481, or 483)

Three electives chosen from a list of approved courses offered by the departments and programs in the School of Liberal Arts.
